Ashok holds a bachelors degree in commerce from the Shriram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and a diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru. He is a firstgeneration entrepreneur with 17 years of experience in the industry of human resource services. Prior to his current position, he was a director of India Life Capital Private Limited, a pension and provident fund asset management company. He has been awarded the “Skills Champion of India” award in the category of Skills Champion: Emerging Warrior for his outstanding contribution to the field of skills development.

Ramani oversees the financial strategies and operations of the company. Ramani holds a CA and CWA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With over a decade of experience in financial management, Ramani has previously served as Deputy CFO at TeamLease and as a Manager at Deloitte India.
Alaka Chanda
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Alaka oversees corporate governance and compliance matters. Alaka holds an FCS, LLB, and MBL from the National Law School of India University. With over 12 years of experience, Alaka has previously served as Company Secretary at Biocon and Narayana Health.
