Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify potential clients in the corporate sector and create a comprehensive sales plan to target and engage them. Collaborate with the CSR team to understand the organization's CSR offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Lead generation and prospecting: Conduct market research and identify leads within the corporate sector that have a strong focus on CSR. Use various channels such as networking, referrals, industry events, and digital platforms to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Consultative selling: Build relationships with corporate clients and understand their specific CSR needs, goals, and challenges. Provide consultative guidance to clients on how to integrate CSR initiatives into their business strategies, demonstrating how your organization's solutions can help them achieve their objectives.
- Solution presentation and negotiation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of CSR solutions to corporate clients. Showcase the benefits, impact, and return on investment of the CSR initiatives, addressing any concerns or objections the clients may have. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure successful partnerships.
- Relationship management: Foster long-term relationships with corporate clients, acting as their main point of contact. Stay updated on industry trends, CSR best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations. Proactively address client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with internal teams: Collaborate closely with the CSR team, marketing department, and other stakeholders within the organization to align sales efforts, share market insights, and contribute to the development of new CSR solutions. Provide feedback and input based on client interactions to enhance the organization's offerings and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Sales reporting and forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client interactions, progress, and forecasts. Generate regular sales reports and present them to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the CSR segment.
- MS Office, Sales skills, Business Development & Team management Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Postgraduate or equivalent degree required (MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record, sales, marketing, business development, business acumen, customer relations, ability to work independently, and total account management.
